This Castile Soap Does The Trick!

I make my own skin care products. And my own cleaning products. It was and still is a process but I love it. I love the factt that I don't use chemicals and the products work great and are safe for my skin. One of the ingredients I use very often is castile liquid soap. It is a soap derived from olive oil but nowadays it can also be derived from coconut, castor or hemp oil. You can use it in skin care products but also in kitchen top cleaner for example. It was hard to find in the Netherlands so I used to order it online at Amazon. Now, you can just buy it in Holland & Barrett. Yay! Lately I have been using another brand which works perfectly fine as well.

I discovered Naissance castile soap, absolutely love it, but..... not on Amazon anymore! So annoying that some things are too good to be true. Still, I'm a big fan of Naissance and I hope they will come back on Amazon. There are still many other Naissance oils on Amazon, but just not the castile soap. So, onto the next brand, ZevenMinerals, which also works great!

One of my favorite recipes is kitchen top cleaner: add 1/4 cup of castile soap to a 500 ml. glass spray bottle. Fill the rest with demineralised water. Add essential oils as you wish: peppermint, tea tree, lemon, OnGuard, whatever you fancy and whichever oils are antibacterial.
