I can't prove it but did you ever notice that certain food tastes better when other people prepare it? Just an example: your grandma's soup? Is there anything better than that? And when you try to make exactly the same, with the exact same ingredients, it doesn't taste as good? I think it's because of the one secret ingredient: love. On Sunday mornings, it is usually my husband who prepares our breakfast: scrambled eggs on toast. It's delicious! Even my seven year old knows it: it is so good because of the secret ingredient! But my husband thinks I make the best scrambled eggs, because it's 'not perfectly mixed', with white and yellow bits (it's actually because I'm too lazy to mix it well). And I can't help it, but since about six months ago I always have to think about Gordon Ramsay when I eat scrambled eggs. This is very annoying as I haven't been able to get rid of the thought. Because he had thousands and thousands of views on a video in which he prepares 'the best scrambled eggs, ever'. And many people now believe Gordon's recipe is the best, I guess. You know, I can't imagine scrambled eggs can taste as good with so much swearing and negative vibes going on. Again, I can't prove it and I can't put my finger on it but I believe food absorbs not only water, sunlight, nutrients (when it was still alive) and when its being prepared it absorbs other stuff, well, love for instance.
I'm drifting off.... So what I just want to tell you is that food made with love, it's the best thing in life! Happy Valentine's xxx Wil jij af en toe nieuws ontvangen van Health Sense? Meld je dan hier aan: https://www.healthsenseamsterdam.nl/contact.html
