Health Talks

Recently I have been giving health talks, just very informal. It started in someones living room, then we moved to a hair and beauty salon in Amsterdam and that was the ultimate stress level ;o) Somehow, I can talk about health and food for hours. 

Would you be interested in a talk on healthy food and healthy lifestyle? My talks are interactive. I'm not pretending to be THE expert, I love a 2-way interaction as I don't want to be the only one speaking. Main subjects are: healthy food, energy, orthomolecular advice, detoxing, holistic health, burning questions! You might get a mini laser coaching session and some useful insights.
