Health properties of water
We all know water is important. I wanted to share a documentary with you about water, which made so much impression on me! It is about the importance of water, besides we need it to drink to survive. While living in a water rich country (Netherlands?) why not make the most of it! Ever since, I take a stroll along the water EVERY MORNING. I never realised how calming it could be. I consider it a mini meditation before the day starts. It does not have to be the ocean, the beach or a mega waterfall. Just a nearby waterway will just do fine.
