Ik heb alle belangrijke dieettheorieën bestudeerd en gebruik praktische coachingmethodes die je stap-voor-stap kunt toepassen in je dagelijks leven.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

I am developing a special program for 50+ women who struggle with weight loss due to changes in hormones. This program aims to specifically target the hormones that keeps the weight on. You will be using body friendly real foods, herbs and supplements where necessary.
Dance
My all time passion. Health Sense Amsterdam is closely working together with the students of one of Amsterdam's dance schools. Students of all ages are coached towards either optimum performance, energy improvement or weight loss, using body friendly real foods.
