Love those herbs and spices, can't you tell? So this is how you can make egg on toast extra extra healthy: fried spinach on the side, fried in a bit of coconut oil. Add those leftover chives (they were going to die anyway so you might as well use ALL of them), sprinkle with celery seeds, place on top of a piece of toast and this will get you going for hours without being hungry!
