Why wait? Prepare for spring and summer NOW!
Health Sense has organised a fun Walk 'n Learn program. Anybody can join. It's 'waling', not 'running'! This short program of 8 weeks is perfect to get prepared for the spring and summer. Learn all the ins-and-outs of healthy eating, weight loss, diet fads and exercise. Learn more about all the 'boring' stuff in a fun way such as carbs, fats, proteins and how you can make them work for you in the most beneficial way. You will receive a Coaching Book 'Just Go For It'. You learn while you walk, you can ask questions and you will be coached throughout the program. The walks will be given by Orthomolecular Adviser Barbara and won't last longer than 1 hour.
