I just love this photo, as it illustrates how many of us feel. We DO want to lose the weight, and we DO put some effort in it, but often we DON'T get the results we want. Does this sound familiar? Working your butt off in the gym and not getting results? The thing is, you might want to rethink your approach. Here's why.
