9 a.m. a group of eager participants will start and finish a less than one hour walk in the Eastern Docklands area. The walk will take place every week, for a total of 12 weeks. A one hour intake from me (certified weight loss and nutrition coach) in which your goals are discussed, plus a practical work book will be included. The information you will learn can also be applied after the course, so the benefits will be long lasting. It is for ALL levels, so don't be afraid you have to be fit and slim already to participate!
